Terms of Service

These Terms govern your agency's access to and use of the CareAnchor platform. By using the Service, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.
Accounts & access
You are responsible for your users' credentials and for the accuracy of the data your agency enters. You will use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, including HIPAA and state home care regulations.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or your order form. We may change pricing with notice effective at your next renewal.
Your data
Your agency retains all rights to the data it submits. We process it only to provide the Service and under our Privacy Policy and, for PHI, a Business Associate Agreement.
Availability & warranties
We work to keep the Service available and secure but provide it “as is” without warranties except those expressly stated in a signed agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination & contact
Either party may terminate per the applicable order form. On termination we return or delete your data as agreed. Questions: hello@yourcareanchor.com.
